AI DEVELOPER – LLM SPECIALIST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or Mistral.
•  Fine-tune and customize pre-trained LLMs for business-specific use cases.
•  Build and maintain NLP pipelines for classification, summarization, semantic search, etc.
• Build and maintain vector database pipelines using Milvus, Pinecone, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM-based features into applications.
• Analyze and improve model performance using appropriate metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with AI/ML research and integrate new techniques as appropriate.

WORK EXPERIENCE

•  1–2 years of experience in AI/ML development with specific focus on NLP and LLM-based applications

SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE

• Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML libraries (HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Proficiency in working with closed-source models via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini)
• Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases like FAISS, Milvus or Pinecone.
• Experience in deploying models using REST APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with MLOps and version control tools (Git, MLflow, etc.)
•  Knowledge of LLMOps platforms such as LangSmith, Weights & Biases is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and ability to work in an agile setu

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
