We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems across our product ecosystem. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities that enhance user experience and drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and AI-powered features
• Collaborate on model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments
• Build scalable pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model inference
• Integrate LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning techniques where appropriate
• Write clean, maintainable code and technical documentation
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
• Monitor model performance and ensure reliability, accuracy, and fairness

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Understanding of machine learning models, techniques, and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
