We are seeking an AI Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for a technically strong early-career professional who is passionate about applied AI, enjoys problem-solving, and wants exposure to real world enterprise use cases across industries.
As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for:
· Design, develop, and maintain machine learning and AI models under guidance from senior team members.
· Assist in building data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
· Develop and integrate AI/ML models into applications and client systems.
· Support generative AI and LMM-based use cases (e.g., chatbots, summarization, recommendation engines)
· Perform model evaluation, tuning, and optimization to improve performance and accuracy.
· Document models, code, and technical processes clearly for internal and client use.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consultants, data engineers, and product owners.
· Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
· Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
Required Experience & Skills:
· Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
· 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
· Strong programming skills in Python with an ability to write clean modular code, manage virtual environments, work with APIs and JSON data
· Experience in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
· Solid understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised, unsupervised learning, NLP basics, model evaluation)
· Basic knowledge of LLM application development or prompt engineering.
· Familiarity with logging, exception handling, and diagnostics to support traceability and observability of agentic workflows
· Exposure to cloud infrastructure (preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
· Comfortable with Git-based workflows and agile development practices
· Familiarity with APIs, REST services, and basic software engineering practices
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to learn quickly
· Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working within structured architectural patterns
· Comfortable working with emerging AI frameworks and evolving specifications
Additional Desired Skills:
· Experience with LangChain or another LLM application framework.
· Exposure to LangGraph, agentic architectures, or workflow graph orchestration systems.
· Experience deploying AI or microservices on Kubernetes, especially on OCI OKE.
· Understanding of vector databases, embedding pipelines, and RAG design patterns.
· Knowledge of observability (logging, tracing, metrics) for LLM-based systems.
· Prior experience in a consulting environment
Compensation:
Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location.
