Role Summary:
We’re an AI/Data Consulting and Builder company in Thailand, building practical, business-ready solutions. You will design, localize, and launch learning programs that help executives, managers, and frontline teams use data and AI responsibly and effectively. Think: data literacy, analytics fundamentals, applied ML/GenAI, PDPA-aware data practices, and tool-based workflows.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end course design (needs analysis → curriculum → storyboards → assets → pilot → launch → iteration).
- Translate technical topics (data engineering, BI, ML/GenAI, RAG, prompt design, governance & PDPA) into clear, role-based learning.
- Build multi-format content: slide decks, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, worksheets, scenario sims, short videos/motion, quizzes, and capstone projects.
- Design workshops (30–40% lecture / 60–70% hands-on) using real Thai business scenarios (finance, retail, logistics, manufacturing, public sector).
- Localize global best practices to the Thai context; ensure PDPA alignment and responsible AI guidelines.
- Set up and manage learning on our LMS (SCORM/xAPI), track analytics, drive completion & impact.
- Train internal facilitators; coach client champions to run programs at scale.
- Run A/B tests on content, assessments, and microlearning nudges; iterate using data.
- Partner with Marketing to convert courses into public workshops, webinars, and lead magnets.

- Hands-on with authoring & delivery tools: Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Google Slides/PowerPoint, Camtasia/Captivate, Miro, LMS (e.g., Thinkific).
- Comfort translating data/AI topics with SMEs and Enterprise Clients (analytics, Python notebooks, BI dashboards, GenAI tools).
- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and facilitation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Basic data/AI literacy (SQL/Python reading level), BI (Power BI/Tableau/Looker), or prompt-engineering familiarity.
- Experience designing for regulated environments (PDPA, model risk governance, AI ethics).
- SCORM/xAPI packaging, learning data pipelines, or GA4/BigQuery for learning analytics.
