Position Overview 

We are committed to nurturing the next generation of Data Engineers and AI specialists by providing a dynamic learning environment combining theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.  

We seek enthusiastic and motivated students for our Data Engineering and AI student practice program. This is a unique opportunity for students passionate about data, machine learning, and AI to gain theoretical and practical knowledge. As a learning student, you will learn alongside our experienced colleagues on real project challenges that will challenge and expand your understanding of Data engineering and AI. 

What You’ll Gain: 

• Hands-on experience with industry-standard AI tools and technologies, such as Retrival Augmented Generation (RAG), advanced Prompt Engineering, Multi-Agent AI Systems, agentic workflows, etc. 

• A deeper understanding of data architecture and how data engineering supports AI initiatives. 

• Mentorship from experienced colleagues and the opportunity to network within the industry, from Data, AI and Software Engineering.

Qualifications: 

• Current enrollment or graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 

• A strong foundation in programming and data structures. 

• Basic interactions with Large Language Models (how to make an API call, what is Temperature, etc) 

• Familiarity with database management systems and data processing tools, especially Python and Data Manipulation Libraries in Python such as Pandas, Numpy. 

• Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms. 

• Eagerness to learn, strong communication and analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset. 

Expectations:  

• Office presence at least two days per week to facilitate face-to-face workshops, training, and discussions of progress, which will also enable an evaluation of your collaboration and teamwork skills.
