You will own the analytics layer of one of Poland's leading telemedicine platforms — designing and shipping agentic workflows that turn raw operational data into autonomous, self-validating reports. You map business processes, decide what makes sense to automate with AI and what doesn't, then build it and maintain it. No task queue — you are the source of initiatives. Current reporting takes too long and don't speak AI language; your job is to fix that and architect what comes next.

Requirements

Agentic coding
Business curiosity

LLM orchestration
Fluent in SQL
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
Experience with reporting tools
Strong intuition for system architecture
Designing data validation processes
Working AI portfolio
