About the job:

We are looking for experienced candidates to join our AI Data annotation team within the AI group. This is a crucial role where you will collaborate closely with the Algorithm team, directly contributing to the core innovation and development of our connected products.
This is a full-time, hybrid position.

What you will do:

• Work closely with the Algorithms and AI-backend teams to lead annotation projects end-to-end, from planning to execution. 
• Perform hands-on data annotation (image, video, audio), ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely labeling using a range of software tools.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting and implementing new AI-powered tools, workflows, and methodologies.
• Analyze labeled datasets to identify insights, validate accuracy, and ensure consistency across annotators.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation to improve labeling processes, address inefficiencies, and ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Monitor AI models in production using algorithmic and software tools to ensure ongoing model quality and reliability.

Who you are:

• Previous experience in Data Labeling is required.
• Leadership skills, Cultivating both detail-oriented thinking and big-picture thinking.
• Technical orientation and ability to learn and work with software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Can-do/positive approach.
• Fluent in English.
