AI Creative Junior Associate

AI & Creative Tools
Strong proficiency in generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar platforms to support creative ideation and content production. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent) for basic to intermediate content editing.

Prompt Development
Able to design and refine structured prompts to generate visual, video, or text-based creative outputs, with an experimental and iterative mindset to improve results.

Content Production
Support the production of creative assets including short-form videos, social media visuals, and AI-assisted multimedia content aligned with brand guidelines.

Documentation & Reporting
Document AI workflows and support preparation of simple reports or presentations related to creative outputs and campaign performance.

Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate creative briefs into deliverables.

Creative Thinking
Proactively explore new AI tools, formats, and approaches to improve creative output and production efficiency.

Time Management
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Design or Film Studies is a plus).

  3–5 years of experience in creative production, digital content, or multimedia design, preferably with exposure to video production and social media content.

• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in creative workflows (ideation, asset generation, and AI-assisted content production) for approximately 2 years is preferred.
