WHO WE ARE

TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since. As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Fire MCN gets an average of 40 million views per day. In the past 18 months TBNR has evolved from an explicitly YouTube content production house to a global disruptor in social content and human communication.

We at TBNR are a group of skilled CREATORS coming from a variety of backgrounds including content creation, music, theater, coding, architectural design, movie and television set construction, tech and VC startups, professional gaming, video game development, and beyond!

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented individual to help transform raw transcripts and footage into engaging, story-driven video content. This role requires strong storytelling instincts, a sharp editorial eye, and technical editing skills to create polished, compelling videos that connect with audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Story Development:
  
• Take raw transcripts and condense them into well-paced, engaging narratives.
• Collaborate with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to refine story drafts.
• Review and quality-check story flow, ensuring clarity, impact, and audience engagement.
  
  
• AI Prompt Generation:
  
• Develop creative, detailed AI prompts based on finalized stories to guide visual direction, editing cues, and supporting assets.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, or equivalent) to generate images, clips, and creative variations that enhance storytelling.
• Iterate on AI outputs to refine quality, ensuring generated content aligns with brand voice and narrative goals.
  
  
• Video Editing:
  
• Edit raw clips into a cohesive, fluid video that enhances the story arc.
• Add sound effects, music, and smooth transitions to maximize viewer engagement.
• Use ElevenLabs (or similar AI voice tools) to generate narration/voiceover.
  Ensure all content meets brand tone, quality standards, and publishing requirements.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in storytelling, script editing, or content writing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and ElevenLabs is a strong plus.
• Strong sense of pacing, narrative flow, and audience engagement.
• Ability to work independently, manage feedback loops, and deliver on deadlines.
