Job Title: AI Consultant – Agentic AI Platform (Cognigy)

Location: Global / Hybrid
Experience: 10–15 Years

Role Overview

Cognigy is seeking a Senior AI Consultant to lead enterprise adoption of our Agentic AI platform, helping customers design, deploy, and scale production-grade AI agents across mission-critical customer experience environments.

This role sits at the intersection of executive advisory, AI architecture, and platform delivery. You will work directly with CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of CX to translate complex business challenges into scalable Conversational, Generative, and Agentic AI solutions built on Cognigy’s platform.

You are not delivering prototypes—you are enabling governed, enterprise-grade AI systems that operate reliably at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Architect and Deliver Agentic AI Solutions on Cognigy
  • Design multi-agent systems using Cognigy’s orchestration, workflow, and integration capabilities.
  • Build scalable Conversational and Generative AI use cases across voice, chat, and digital channels.
  • Define agentic patterns (planner + specialist agents, tool-calling, human-in-the-loop models).
  • Ensure enterprise-grade governance, observability, and lifecycle management.
  1. Own the Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC)
  • Lead customers through discovery, design, pilot/POC, deployment, and continuous optimization.
  • Establish reusable best practices for scalable AI agent rollout across regions and business units.
  • Drive performance tuning, evaluation frameworks, and operational readiness.
  1. Executive Engagement & Strategic Advisory
  • Translate Cognigy’s technical capabilities into outcome-driven transformation narratives.
  • Conduct architecture workshops and ROI sessions with executive stakeholders.
  • Align AI initiatives with business KPIs such as containment, cost-to-serve, CSAT, and productivity.
  1. Product & Platform Influence
  • Provide structured field feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Identify gaps in agent orchestration, governance, and integrations.
  • Help shape the next generation of Cognigy’s Agentic AI platform capabilities.
  1. Strategic Deal Support
  • Support enterprise sales cycles with customized demos, architecture deep dives, and technical validation sessions.
  • Guide technical qualification and ensure solution feasibility at scale.
  • Contribute to complex RFPs and regulated industry requirements.

Required Experience (10–15 Years)

  • 10–15 years in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, contact center technology, or digital transformation.
  • Deep experience with Conversational AI, LLM-powered systems, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations (CRM, CCaaS, APIs, identity, data platforms).
  • Proven experience engaging C-level stakeholders in AI transformation discussions.
  • Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, telecom) preferred.

Technical Expertise

  • Knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
  • Understanding of multi-agent systems and workflow-based automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience building AI demos or prototypes in live customer environments.
  • Awareness of AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI principles.

Leadership & Personal Attributes

  • Executive-level communication and storytelling capability.
  • Structured analytical thinker with strong risk mitigation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-scaling, high-growth AI environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent experience at the intersection of technology, strategy, and operations is a strong plus.
