Location: US East Cost-Remote with occasional client site visits

The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Sense Maker and Sense Collective team, supporting the creation of AI-led client experiences and strategic workshops. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI innovation, client engagement, and business transformation, with a strong ability to synthesize stakeholder needs and deliver impactful solutions.
You will play a key role in designing and delivering interactive AI experiences, training legal professionals on AI tools, and helping clients align on AI strategy. This position requires creativity, adaptability, and confidence in guiding conversations with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Enablement
Learn and leverage AI tools and custom solutions to enhance client experiences.
Contribute to shaping and informing AI strategy for client engagements.
Design and deliver AI-led workshops contextualized to client business needs.
Client Engagement & Content Creation
Work closely with clients to understand their environment and incorporate insights into tailored content.
Create unique, interactive AI experiences that respond dynamically to user input.
Develop high-quality written content and deliverables for client projects.
Training & Coaching
Train lawyers and client teams on effective use of AI tools.
Assist in designing client experiences that integrate AI into their operational context.
Qualifications
Experience:
Background in consulting or client services (legal experience is a plus but not required).
Exposure to AI tools or willingness to learn and apply AI in business contexts.
Skills:
Strong writing and communication skills; ability to synthesize complex ideas.
Creative mindset with adaptability and openness to change.
Comfortable working independently and guiding client deliverables.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Confident facilitator with experience working without exact scripting.
Open-minded and flexible, with a curiosity about AI-driven innovation..
Self-starter who can contribute new ideas and thinking to a dynamic team environment.
Additional Information
As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Center of Excellence and globally at Factor.
