AI Business Strategy Consultant

We are looking for candidates with the ambition and passion for AI to join our team as an AI Business Strategy Consultant.

As part of an AI start-up, this role will require flexibility with a focus on helping our clients to transform their business with AI, through one of our core propositions of AI management and the associated risk, governance, and monitoring needs.

You will be joining a small Australian team that was formed in 2022 with strong ambitions of growth.

Requirements

You will work with clients and the DSG team to:

● Engage with client stakeholders to understand their objectives, vision for AI, and business challenges as we help design pragmatic solutions and business strategies to address them

● Develop artifacts and documents describing the various aspects of creating AI-enabled transformation. This will include conceptual designs, processes, decision models, business architectures, and requirements.

● Present in and prepare for workshops and client sessions with business, AI, data science, and technology stakeholders in some of the largest enterprise businesses in the region

● Contribute your unique perspectives and ideas in the development of creative executive narratives. For the communication of complex AI issues and concepts into simple, yet sophisticated perspectives

● Support and contribute to the overall business growth activities of the DSG business, in various areas such as thought leadership, product development, and content.

You are someone who likely has:

● A good and up-to-date understanding of the business implication of Artificial Intelligence technologies and their emerging use businesses - MUST

● The aptitude to thrive in ambiguity inherent to the emerging technology industry and startup businesses, and that you enjoy catching multiple balls and wearing multiple hats - MUST

● The ability to critically assess and synthesize complex information into insights and real business implications.

● A passion for exercising your creativity in developing new ways of thinking and in challenging traditional conventions when appropriate

● A growth mindset in your approach to your work and career

● Excellent oral, visual, and written communication skills

● 2-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, and/or business transformation roles – preferably in the domain of AI, data science, and decisions - MUST

● Must be eligible to work in Australia and located ideally in Melbourne. Sydney will also be considered. - MUST
