Restaurant365 is seeking an AI Analyst to help design, build, and scale AI-powered agents and automations that improve business processes across the organization. This role will partner with stakeholders in all Business Units to identify high-value use cases, translate operational needs into agent/automation requirements, and deliver solutions using Glean (agents/enterprise search experiences) and Workato (integrations, workflow automation, and orchestration). The AI Analyst will also support governance, documentation, measurement, and continuous improvement to ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and adopted.
How you'll add value:
Business Partnership & Discovery
- Partner with Business Unit leaders and end users to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI agents and automation.
· Facilitate discovery sessions to define success criteria, value hypotheses, functional requirements, and adoption plans.
· Translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps, and solution designs.
Agent & Automation Development (Glean + Workato)
· Configure and implement AI agents in Glean, including intents, knowledge sources, guardrails, escalation paths, and user experiences.
· Build, test, and maintain Workato recipes to automate business processes and orchestrate integrations across systems.
· Develop reusable components (templates, standards, connectors, patterns) to accelerate delivery and ensure consistency.
· Implement error handling, monitoring, logging, and alerting for reliability and operational support.
Data, Knowledge, and Enablement
· Partner with system owners and content stewards to improve knowledge quality, data accessibility, and source-of-truth alignment for agent performance.
· Support content curation and indexing strategies to improve retrieval quality and reduce hallucinations or incorrect actions.
· Create user documentation, runbooks, and enablement materials to drive adoption and self-service where appropriate.
Governance, Security, and Compliance
· Collaborate with IT & Infosec to implement role-based access, data handling standards, and secure-by-design practices for agents and automations.
· Ensure solutions adhere to company policies for privacy, security, auditability, and change management.
· Assist with risk reviews and participate in testing/validation of agent behaviors, including safe actions and escalation for sensitive tasks.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
· Define and track KPIs such as time saved, cycle-time reduction, error-rate reduction, agent containment, and user satisfaction.
· Analyze performance and usage data to recommend improvements and prioritize enhancements.
· Maintain a backlog of opportunities and continuously identify additional high-impact use cases.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
2+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations analysis, IT systems analysis, or automation delivery.
Demonstrated experience delivering workflow automations and/or integrations (iPaaS experience strongly preferred).
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of APIs, SaaS systems, data flows, and integration concepts (auth, webhooks, JSON, error handling).
Practical understanding of LLM/AI concepts (prompting, retrieval, grounding, guardrails, evaluation) and how they apply to business workflows.
High attention to detail, strong judgment, and an ownership mindset.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
