This role has massive impact on that mission.
The Role
This is a force multiplier role in the Office of the CEO.
You report directly to the CEO and partner closely with the COO and CCO.
Your mandate is leverage. Build and deploy AI systems that remove bottlenecks, automate cognitive work, and dramatically increase company output.
You will:
This role owns outcomes, not experiments.
If you execute well, leadership capacity multiplies and execution speed compounds.
Scope & Authority
You will define and own AI strategy and deployment across the company. You will set standards, select tools, define system architecture, and drive adoption across teams. You will influence how every department operates.
This is not a support role. You are building the AI operating system of the company. You will have the mandate and resources to experiment, deploy, and iterate rapidly.
