In May 2025, Gogolook officially submitted an application to the Taiwan Stock Exchange for reclassification to the General Board, positioning it to become the first new economy software company to make this transition. Background: Gogolook 是 Whoscall 的開發團隊。Whoscall 為台灣廣大使用者熟知，已成為許多人日常使用的國民級防詐 App，長期協助大眾辨識可疑來電與詐騙風險，在市場上建立高度辨識度與信任基礎。 除了消費者產品，Gogolook 亦提供企業端與政府端的防詐與風險管理解決方案，協助企業主動偵測偽冒行為、降低詐騙風險、保護品牌與商譽。相關能力已應用於金融、電商、零售等多元產業場景，並透過資料分析、AI 與自動化技術，將防詐能力實際落地於企業日常營運與風險控管流程中。目前，企業方案亦持續拓展至泰國、日本等海外市場，因應不同國家的產業需求與法規環境進行在地化應用。 加入此團隊，你將從 Whoscall 累積多年防詐經驗的基礎上，參與企業 AI / Automation 產品的早期探索與驗證，把技術實際應用在真實且具高度影響力的產業問題上。 Role Overview: 你將與 Product Manager 及跨職能團隊合作，運用 AI 與自動化工具，從問題定義出發，快速打造可實際運作的 MVP，並透過市場與使用者回饋，協助團隊做出產品方向、go / no-go、定價與目標客群 (TA) 等關鍵決策。 這是一個 Builder / Experimenter 的產品實習角色，會和跨領域團隊，包含產品、技術、設計合作產出解決方案，非單純做研究、文件整理或行政支援。 Responsibilities

運用 vibe coding 與自動化工具（如 n8n, Make, Zapier），從 0 到 1 設計並實作可實際運作、可 demo、可測試的產品 MVP 或 prototype

將產品想法具體化為完整產出，包含問題與解法定義、價值主張，以及 end-to-end 的 data / workflow / user flow 設計

規劃並執行 MVP 的市場驗證（如 user testing、假設驗證與快速實驗），並整理結果以支援 go / no-go 判斷、初步定價假設與目標客群（TA）定義

與 Product Manager 協作，調整產品假設與實驗方向

協助進行資料蒐集、整理與標註（Data Labeling），並使用 Excel / Google Sheets 或其他工具進行基礎資料清理與分析，轉換為可支援產品決策的洞察

撰寫與整理相關文件，包含 MVP 說明、簡易 PRD / 功能規格、實驗設計與驗證結果摘要，以及專案進度與學習回顧，支援跨團隊溝通與對齊

Requirements

具備基本 vibe coding, no-code / low-code 經驗

具備自動化工具使用經驗（如 n8n, Make, Zapier, RPA 等）

對 0→1 產品開發、實驗型產品有高度興趣

能快速學習新工具，並在不確定性高的情境下主動嘗試

具備基本邏輯思考與問題拆解能力，能獨立作業，也樂於與 PM、工程、設計進行討論與協作

熟悉 Google Workspace 及 Excel / Google Sheets（基本函數操作即可）

能接受快速迭代、推翻假設、重新嘗試的工作方式

若有相關實作作品如 side project, prototype 或自動化流程，歡迎於投遞時一併附上

Nice to have

曾嘗試開發 side project, prototype 或簡單產品

有撰寫技術文件、專案報告或產品文件的經驗

曾修過或自學產品管理、資訊管理、資料分析、創業或商業實驗相關課程

參與過產品或創業型學生專案、Hackathon、競賽，或新產品驗證與市場測試

對 SaaS, AI, Automation 或 B2B 產品有興趣

與資深 Product Manager 近距離合作與 mentoring，直接參與真實產品決策與實驗過程

工作安排

每週工時：週一至週五每週 3-4 天

出勤方式：每週至少 1 天進辦公室，其餘可彈性遠端

合約期間：半年
