AI Automation & Operations Specialist (AI-Driven Business Operations)

You will be the bridge between technical AI capabilities and our core business functions. Your goal is to leverage AI tools to streamline, automate, and scale our Legal, HR, Finance, and Research departments.

The Role

e are seeking an AI Operations & Automation Architect who can design and implement automation systems that allow our company to operate efficiently at scale.

This role requires someone who actively uses AI and automation tools to run business operations, not just someone who uses AI occasionally.

Role Overview

You will design and implement AI-powered operational workflows that support our marketplace platform. This includes automation for:

• professional onboarding and verification
• legal and regulatory monitoring
• payment and payout reconciliation
• accounting and financial reporting
• internal reporting and operational dashboards
• AI-assisted customer support systems
• research and data analysis pipelines

Your goal is to help build a fully automated operations infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy workflow automation systems across company operations
• Build AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive operational tasks
• Integrate APIs across payment platforms, CRM systems, and internal databases
• Build AI agents and automation pipelines for research, compliance, and reporting
• Implement automated reconciliation and financial reporting systems
• Monitor new technologies and continuously improve operational automation
• Build dashboards and data pipelines for operational insights
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and scalable

• support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk)

Analytics & Reporting

• Power BI
• Tableau
• data dashboards and operational analytics

• Strong expertise in AI tools and automation platforms

• Familiar with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Perplexity, Zapier, Airtable, n8n.io, etc.
• Background in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or irrelevant
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Demonstrated experience using multiple AI tools across business functions
• Ability to independently research, test and implement new AI technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience applying AI in operational workflows such as legal, HR, finance, research or administration
• Highly organised and able to work independently
