AI & Automation Manager

TLDR

Lead the Low-code Factory team to identify and implement automation solutions that enhance productivity for 2,000+ employees and 1.6 million artists.

The team
The Low-code Factory is a product team with one mission: find where time is wasted across the company, build automated solutions that fix it, and help teams own what we ship. We're a team of 4 Product Builders and 1 Lead. Everyone ships, no one just advises. You'll work directly with Product Managers, sales and Ops from scoping to production. You'll have direct impact on how 2,000+ colleagues and 1.6M artists work!

What you'll do

Diagnose & prioritize

  • Shadow teams and interview stakeholders to map processes and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
  • Assess the maturity and automation potential of a business area.
  • Identify and prioritize use cases based on business impact, define ROI and get initiatives validated by exec.
  • Maintain a live backlog alongside Product Managers.

AI & automation build

  • Design, deploy and maintain automation flows using n8n as your primary tool.
  • Connect APIs, databases and third-party systems.
  • Deploy GenAI agents where applicable.
  • Own QA, alerting and documentation on every workflow. Manage staging and production environments.
  • Work with Cyber and IT teams to ensure workflows meet security and RGPD requirements.

 

  • Proven experience in a hybrid tech/product or consulting role : you've both scoped solutions with stakeholders and shipped them yourself.
  • Comfortable running stakeholder interviews, shadowing teams and mapping processes to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Hands-on n8n in a production environment: API integrations, security constraints, real volumes. Side projects don't count.
  • Ability to size the impact of an initiative, build a business case and get it validated by exec.
  • Prompt engineering and AI agent orchestration: you know how to design reliable, production-grade LLM workflows.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Nice to have: RAG pipelines, multi-agent frameworks, experience with high-volume data flows (millions of records).
