KDCI Outsourcing is seeking forward-thinking AI & Automation Lead to champion the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent automation solutions across the organization. This strategic role will identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration, lead solution design and deployment, and drive process innovation to boost operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business processes that can benefit from AI and automation.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions and intelligent workflows.
Provide strategic and technical leadership in selecting, customizing, and integrating AI/ML tools, APIs, and platforms.
Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of solutions through robust testing, validation, and continuous optimization.
Monitor system performance and recommend iterative improvements to AI models and automation processes.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, implementation guides, and training resources.
Foster a culture of innovation by promoting AI/automation best practices and staying current with emerging technologies and trends.
