  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of automation solutions.
  • Prepare documentation such as SOPs, workflow diagrams, and technical notes.
  • Research new AI tools and automation best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Information Science, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly.

  • Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) or workflow automation tools.
