Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, implement, and optimize intelligent workflows and automation systems. This role requires an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in building automation pipelines. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms with a deep understanding of data processes to deliver scalable solutions for internal operations and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Clay, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).
  
• Implement AI-driven solutions for data processing, personalization, and workflow optimization.
  
• Integrate APIs and third-party tools into custom automation pipelines.
  
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and sales teams to identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency
  
• Conduct testing, monitoring, and optimization of automation processes to ensure reliability and scalability.
  
• Apply AI models and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, etc.) to solve business problems and improve client deliverables.
  
• Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and best practices.
  
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and frameworks to recommend innovative solutions.
  
  

Qualification

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a professional level with excellent communication skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to design efficient workflows.
  
• 2 years or 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, automation, or workflow design.
  
• Proficiency with automation tools such as n8n, Clay, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar.
  
• Experience integrating APIs and managing data transformation/enrichment pipelines.
  
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, Hugging Face).
  
• Strong knowledge of Python or JavaScript for building custom automations.
  
• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize automation processes.
  
  

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience in eCommerce automation, personalization, or lead generation workflows.
  
• Knowledge of web development frameworks and working alongside engineering teams.
  
• Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or machine learning pipelines.
  
• Prior experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
