 The Role
We’re hiring an AI Automation Engineer to own how we design, build, and scale AI-driven workflows at IFT. You’ll use automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Retool, Airtable and integrate AI models like GPT, Claude, Gemini, Hugging Face into our daily operations. When tools don’t talk to each other, you’ll build the missing connections with Python or JavaScript.This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate across teams (HR, Marketing, Operations, Client Relations, Finance) to make processes faster, smarter, and more efficient.

 What You’ll Do

• Design and implement automations across platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, Retool, Airtable).
• Connect AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Hugging Face, LangChain) into business workflows.
• Write and maintain scripts in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript for custom automations.
• Build APIs, webhooks, and connectors to integrate systems.
• Partner with different departments to identify bottlenecks and solve them with automation.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI tools and bring the best into IFT.

 What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, AI integration, or process optimization.
• Strong coding background in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, Retool, Airtable).
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and webhooks.
• A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Git/GitHub for version control.
