AI Automation Developer

That’s why we are looking for a developer who loves playing with automations, integrations, and AI tools. You don’t need 10 years of experience – just the hunger to learn, some coding skills (JS or Python), and the drive to push boundaries. 🚀

What will you actually do?

• Develop and tune automations in n8n: From workflows to custom nodes, webhooks, and API integrations.

• Connect AI tools: OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Whisper, ElevenLabs, Ollama, Weaviate… and whatever new tool you discover next week.

• Build servers and microservices for Model Context Protocol (MCP):

  • Agent memory and state management.

  • Task planning and execution.

  • Communication between roles (planner, executor, critic, memory).

• Design the architecture: You will help shape the entire agentic AI infrastructure at Vilgain.

What you bring to the table

• n8n basics: HTTP Requests, Webhooks, integrations with Slack, Google Sheets, ClickUp, etc.

• Coding chops: A bit of JavaScript or Python.

• API knowledge: REST, OAuth2, JSON, Pub/Sub.

• Mindset: Genuine enthusiasm for AI integrations and finding new ways to solve problems.

Bonus points (Proof of Excellence)

• You’ve already experimented with MCP, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.

• You know how to integrate BI or other internal business tools.
