Overview
We are hiring an AI Artist to accelerate master asset production and provide high-quality, production-ready visual masters for templating, agentic pipelines, and downstream adaptation teams. This is a senior individual contributor role embedded in a governance-led asset production program. The AI Artist will partner closely with Art Directors, Creative Technologists, AI Leads and Production teams to originate high-impact master assets—creating the foundational creative content that enables scale and raises overall creative quality for static and video assets.

About the role

As the AI Artist focused on master asset production, you will be the specialist who creates the high-quality visual masters that power large-scale creative programs. Reporting into a governance-led creative team, you will translate art direction into reproducible AI-driven workflows and deliver production-ready master assets—layered files, isolated plates, passes, and metadata—that downstream teams use for templating, localization and distribution. Your work will directly improve the consistency, speed and scalability of the entire production pipeline: higher-quality masters mean less manual retouching, fewer rounds of rework and better agentic pipeline performance.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver production-ready master assets and production-ready elements (layered files, isolated plates, passes and metadata) that serve as the canonical sources for templating and downstream adaptation.Produces the high-quality masters that enable large-scale adaptation and agentic workflows handled by other teams.Reduces manual retouching and rework downstream by delivering masters designed for automation and consistency.Improves agentic pipeline performance by providing reliable, brand-aligned source assets.Create high-fidelity visual concepts, look-dev, and production-ready master image assets using generative AI and hybrid (AI + manual) workflows.Translate Art Director briefs into reproducible multi-stage generation workflows: prompt recipes, model choices, and post-process steps.Collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Technologist to align masters with style guides, toolkits, and platform specifications.Run or contribute to workshops and documentation to upskill creators on AI generation best practices.Assess when AI generation is appropriate versus traditional production and document quality trade-offs; escalate cases that require traditional production.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years combined experience in visual production, digital art, motion/stills, or related fields with demonstrable use of generative AI tools in production contexts.Strong craft: composition, color, lighting, perspective, retouching, and basic motion principles.Proficiency with Figma and at least one pixel-editing/compositing toolset (Photoshop, After Effects, Nuke, Blender, etc.).
  • AI Tools Skills: hands-on proficiency with Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Hands-on experience with generative models/tools, prompt engineering, image-to-image workflows and batching strategies.Experience preparing masters for hand-off: layered files, cutouts, passes and metadata for downstream teams.Good communication and collaboration skills; able to take direction from Art Directors and translate it into technical generation steps.
