Business-critical functions empower these teams to execute, and together, we’re working toward one bold goal: a world with zero accidents and enhanced well-being for all. ========================================================================= TEAM Agora is a Cloud software platform that offers integrated services and frameworks to accelerate developers across Toyota Woven City and Toyota. Key services include Data Storage, ETL/Pipelines, Consent/Agreement, IoTA, CI/CD, API Gateway, Developer/API Portals, User Notification, Test Platform, Olly, Identity, Authentication, and Authorization. The Agora Program Management (PM) is central to the Agora platform. The PM team ensures that all activities—both customer projects and internal initiatives—are well-scoped, achieve the expected business outcomes, and satisfy sponsors and leadership. They closely collaborate with Customers, Engineering, and Business organizations to coordinate execution, ensuring products/features are shipped on schedule, on budget, and meet all compliance requirements (quality, safety, security, and privacy). The PM team also serves as the interface for gathering external requirements, improving communication and processes, working with engineering leadership to set platform objectives and a roadmap aligned with the stable platform strategy, and prioritizing the most strategically valuable features for completion. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for an experienced program manager with a cloud or software development background, a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and strong comfort managing senior and executive-level stakeholders in both English and Japanese. RESPONSIBILITIES Program Management & Strategy ・Interface between Agora and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for the Agora Platform ・Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to define the Agora Platform's objectives and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the high-level strategy for a stable Woven City and future expansion ・Manage and negotiate the scope of Agora’s commitments to ensure successful project delivery to Woven City and beyond ・Work with engineering managers, product teams, and technical stakeholders to collectively define project deliverables and track execution Risk Management & Delivery ・Perform rigorous risk assessments across technology, business, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the right quality level ・Align and manage resource allocation to ensure successful program delivery and maintain project profitability ・Identify communication and requirements gaps in project delivery, and manage conflicts between teams (e.g., due to competing priorities). Prioritize the most strategically valuable features and support them through completion Stakeholder Management & Communication ・Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, including engaging with executive-level stakeholders ・Report the program status to various stakeholders and committees ・Continuously improve communication channels and processes across the program MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of project management experience in IT, automotive, or equivalent B2B product environments, including Start of Production and execution against a master schedule

Proven delivery of complex, high-impact products within matrix organizations, operating under ambiguity and using a blend of Scaled Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Strong stakeholder, customer, and relationship management skills, including scope control and ownership of multi‑million cash‑flow projects where delays have significant business impact

Ability to collaborate closely with technical experts to manage requirements, derived requirements, risks, and execution through resolution

Exceptional communication and conflict‑resolution skills, with the ability to earn trust across technical and non‑technical audiences at all organizational levels

Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese

Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement (kaizen) to enhance project delivery performance
