1. NCMC & Fastag Issuance Business Sales Planning and GTM Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for NCMC and Fastag issuance.
2. Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, oversee process optimization, and manage growth and profitability (PnL).
3. Channel Development: Build and enhance B2B and B2C channels by onboarding Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Logistics Fulfilment Organizations (LFOs).
4. Manpower Deployment and Productivity: Oversee the deployment of staff to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
5. Product and Customer Experience Enhancement: Refine product offerings and issuance processes to improve customer satisfaction and address escalations effectively.
6. Procurement and Inventory Management: Manage procurement processes and oversee inventory to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
7. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders on agreements, regulatory reporting, payments, and reconciliations.
8. Audit and Compliance Management: Facilitate internal and external audits, and address compliance queries to ensure adherence to regulations.
9. Regulatory Coordination: Engage with regulatory authorities (NPCI) to resolve arbitration escalations and address issues related to Fastag and NCMC.
Requirements:
1. Folks with similar exp., in the same field of about 10+ years
2. Preferably from fastag issuance background.
3. Willing to work out of Noida
