As an Agile Lead, you will guide cross-functional delivery teams in building the right solutions for the right users at the right time. You will champion Agile best practices, foster collaboration across stakeholders and technical teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned to mission outcomes.
You will support large-scale application modernization initiatives for federal government systems. The ideal candidate is a servant leader and strategic facilitator with deep experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, team coaching, and execution oversight. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and technical delivery, empowering Product Owners, analysts, developers, and leadership to operate efficiently within Agile and SAFe environments.

Lead and coach cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Support SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning and program syncs.
Remove obstacles and manage risks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Monitor team performance and delivery metrics to support continuous improvement.
Serve as a primary liaison between Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Align sprint execution with roadmap and program priorities.
Translate business goals into clear, actionable delivery plans.
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
Promote collaboration across teams and programs.
Support application modernization initiatives in compliance with federal standards.
Ensure teams follow Agile best practices and program requirements.
Guide backlog prioritization to maximize value.
Promote iterative delivery and regular feedback cycles.
Use Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs, reporting, and documentation.
Track and share key delivery metrics and status updates.
Ensure transparency through consistent reporting.
Balance disciplined execution with flexibility as priorities evolve.
Encourage continuous process improvement and team learning.
Explore automation and AI opportunities to improve productivity.
Lead retrospectives and improvement initiatives to strengthen team performance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a High-Risk Public Trust designation (current/recent clearance desired).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Agile delivery teams in a technical environment.
Proven experience serving as an Agile Lead, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer in Agile/SAFe environments.
Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence, including dashboards, reporting, and backlog management.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and delivery objectives.
Experience facilitating Agile and SAFe ceremonies across multiple teams.
Proven ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and mitigation strategies.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and executive communication experience.
Demonstrated commitment to user-centered delivery grounded in qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Experience operating within federal IT modernization and governance frameworks preferred.

Compensation and benefits:
Pluribus Digital offers a competitive salary that is determined at the time of offer. The range for this role ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 depending on experience. Salary is augmented with opportunity to earn annual bonus and medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, company paid life insurance and a generous 401k match program.
