AI overview

Support multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex public-sector digital services using user-centred approaches, balancing outcomes with risk and governance.

You will support and enable multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex public-sector digital services that make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.

At Zaizi, we work with government departments and public bodies to solve complex delivery challenges using modern, user-centred approaches. This role is suited to an experienced delivery professional who brings sound judgement, strong collaboration skills, and a focus on outcomes rather than process.

We highly value experience from a range of backgrounds, including government departments, arms-length bodies, regulated public services, and consultancy environments. We offer active support, clear expectations, coaching, and space to learn our methodologies for those transitioning from the Civil Service or public bodies.

At this level, you will work with autonomy within agreed direction, escalating appropriately while remaining accountable for delivery outcomes.

  • Coach and support team members and delivery managers through communities of practice
  • Engage stakeholders at different levels, supporting informed and timely decision-making
  • Contribute to improving ways of working across teams and programmes
