Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor individuals and teams on adopting agile mindset as a cultural shift
- Coach teams on agile practices and frameworks of choice, with a strong focus on Scrum practices
- Coach and mentor Engineering & Product teams to enhance release planning, agile ceremonies, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
- Transfer knowledge and help teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and enhancing the outcome, through collaboration and quality practices
- Lead the overall relationship between lines of business (LOB) and the Agile COE (and other entities supporting agile Transformation),by relationship building, business development, facilitation and alignment with teams and leadership needs
- Onboard new groups or LOBs into the transformation process, provide overview presentation and evangelize agile practices
- Introduce suitable Agile methodologies and implement agility in the products delivery processes
- Continue to evangelize the need for top-down support for agile culture and values in order to achieve maximum results from the use of agile practices
- Demonstrate and share experiences and observations with all team members and ensure best practices are being used and recommends process improvement
- Oversee the overall objective cohesion of initiatives involving many agile teams and lead initiative performance
- Assess emerging trends/best practices and determine implications of proposed methodologies on meeting business unit strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-moving tech environment
- Certified (ICAgile / ACSM / Kanban / SAFe )
- Have deep knowledge of agile principles and the flexibility to adapt the gained experience to new and evolving environments
- Good experience in conducting Agile trainings
- Have experience with large scale software delivery and/or agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations
- Have passion for driving teams towards high performance and a deep pride in quality craftsmanship that delights users
- Characterized by hands-on mentality to directly talk to different stakeholders across squads
- Have experience working in a fast-paced tech environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction by leadership
