Seeking an Agile Coach with a strong technical understanding of product development and experience in managing complex software projects. This role involves overseeing Agile delivery, mentoring Scrum Masters, and implementing PI Planning and SAFe practices. The candidate must have a deep understanding of Jira, Agile metrics, and reporting while ensuring the team embraces Agile best practices for efficient product delivery.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate teams and build great product by following the Agile Process:
Manage a group of SCRUM Masters working in different teams and mentor them to be successful.
Perform agile project management on large and complex software
Ability to understand the domain of large and complex software development
Ensure proactive communication of project status to leadership through proper monitoring of Jira
Actively facilitate Dependency Management across multiple Business units
Provide daily monitoring and coach and train teams to embrace the Agile way in both spirit and practice
Help teams to recognize and produce Agile artifacts
Proactively monitor and assess team health and project needs
Report on schedule, and resource allocation
Requirements / Qualifications:
5+ years of Agile experiences in Scrum and Kanban with highly technical projects
3+ years in mid to large enterprise software project management
6 years of total IT experience in software development, product management or Business Analysis
Experience in implementing and driving PI Planning across the SCRUM Teams
Experience in Agile transformation
Technical Understanding of Product development
Experience scaling agile for the business using SAFE
Scrum Master certified (CSM or SSM)
Experience in coaching within the Agile framework
Experience in coaching and demonstrating facilitation of core agile practices including but not limited to: Kanban, scrum, feature/epic and story backlog prioritization and grooming, Release planning, Iteration/Sprint planning, Metrics, Story distribution
