Agile Business Analyst

We’re looking for a driven, collaborative Agile Business Analyst who’s ready to step into a space where you can stretch your skills, own delivery streams, and work closely with supportive senior BAs and a high-performing tech team. Think of it as a launchpad: you bring strong foundations and hands-on experience; we’ll bring the coaching, opportunities, and autonomy to help you grow.

Location: Sydney

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is based in Sydney and able to travel to the office 2 days per week
• Has 3-5 years of BA experience, mostly in Agile environments
• Knows their way around user stories, Jira boards, and collaborative workshops
• Enjoys solving business problems just as much as writing clean tickets
• Is confident owning delivery streams but keen to learn from others
• Has solid stakeholder chops — you can translate business needs into tech-ready requirements
• Wants to grow into a more senior role (and is excited about that journey)

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning key workstreams from discovery through delivery
• Leading refinement sessions and breaking down epics into clean, testable stories
• Partnering with developers, testers and stakeholders to deliver solutions that make a difference
• Ensuring backlog quality and sprint readiness (we like to stay at least 2–3 sprints ahead)
• Participating in all the good agile stuff — daily standups, retros, planning and demos
• Validating features against acceptance criteria and helping ensure we build the right thing
