The Role
Seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to build and scale cloud infrastructure for a sales automation platform. You'll also be focusing on deployment automation, performance, reliability, and maintainability. You’ll participate in all stages of software development, impacting early-stage technical decisions as the company prepares for hypergrowth.
We're looking for a Sr/Staff DevOpsEngineer to:
Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments
Use Docker and Kubernetes to containerize applications for consistency and scalability
Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for consistent and repeatable deployments
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize deployment processes and cloud architecture
What you'll need:
5+ years of professional DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering experience
Proficiency in React, Node, Python, and cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud)
Strong backend development experience, particularly in cloud architecture and infrastructure security and high availability and security best practices
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment
Experience as a founder or early employee of a venture-backed startup is highly preferred
