Tasks

Dans le cadre du développement de notre équipe dédiée aux clients SMB français, nous recherchons plusieurs nouveaux talents pour renforcer notre service client.
En tant que premier point de contact, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction de nos clients. Vos principales missions seront:

  • Comprendre rapidement leurs demandes et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Assurer une communication commerciale claire et professionnelle.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec vos collègues pour garantir un service optimal.
  • Participer activement à l’amélioration continue de nos produits et processus.
  • Mettre à jour régulièrement vos connaissances sur nos offres pour conseiller efficacement.

Qualifications

  • Vous parlez français couramment ; l’allemand ou l’anglais est un plus.
  • Vous avez une formation en communication ou une première expérience en centre d’appel ou service client.
  • Vous aimez le contact humain et êtes motivé·e par la recherche de solutions.
  • Vous êtes reconnu·e pour vos qualités d’écoute, de communication et votre orientation client.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux·se et avez à cœur de fournir un service de qualité.
