Agency Success Manager

SageSure is looking for a motivated Agency Success Manager to grow revenue, build relationships with producers, and influence sales strategies through engagement and market insights.

If you're looking for the stability of a profitable, growing company with the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup, we’re hiring. The Agency Success Manager (ASM) is a highly motivated insurance professional with a proven ability to grow revenue, build lasting producer relationships, and navigate a dynamic sales environment. You’ll manage a portfolio of assigned producers, serving as a trusted partner who helps them expand their business and deepen their loyalty to SageSure. 

This role combines regular producer engagement, periodic in-person field travel, and select tradeshow participation. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to execute onboarding, enablement, and retention strategies - while providing market insights to influence our regional plans 

What you’d be doing:  

  • Manage a defined portfolio of producers, focusing on emerging and high-potential agencies. 
  • Build strong, consistent engagement through phone, video, email, and in-person visits. 
  • Achieve assigned growth goals by engaging producers in sales conversations, uncovering opportunities, and addressing challenges. 
  • Deliver a compelling value proposition for SageSure’s niche offerings in a conversational, persuasive manner. 
  • Provide credible field intel on market trends, producer challenges, and competitive activity to inform state and regional strategy. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Managers, and GTM leads to execute campaigns, onboard new producers, and strengthen agency retention. 
  • Create and adapt call scripts, engagement emails, and video messaging to drive producer action. 
  • Participate in tradeshows and industry events as directed by regional leadership. 
  • Track and report on sales and marketing campaign outcomes. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve producer issues, address production gaps, and maintain a positive agency experience.  

We’re looking for someone who has: 

  • 3–5 years in field sales, marketing, account management, or relationship support - preferably in personal lines P&C insurance (sales, service, underwriting, or agency). 
  • P/C License or Professional Designation (CIC, CPCU, ARM, or other similar designation)  
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines independently. 
  • Account management experience in both virtual and in-person settings. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in influencing outcomes. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn reporting tools such as Domo. 
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar platforms. 
  • A mindset of urgency, initiative, adaptability, and continuous learning. 

 

Highly preferred candidates also have: 

  • Experience delivering training, mentoring peers, or supporting new hire onboarding. 
  • Background in collaborating across multiple functions to achieve shared goals.
