leading digital marketing powerhouse specializing in iGaming, affiliate marketing, and performance-driven solutions.
We are looking for a Conversion & Affiliate Performance Specialist to join our team and help maximize the performance of our affiliate websites. The role sits between sales, site management, and analytics, with a strong focus on ensuring that the right brands are listed on the right pages for the right markets, while continuously improving conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve conversion funnels across all geos and brands, especially registration → First Time Deposit (FTD).
- Ensure correct casino listings on the right country pages: correct bonuses/promos, licensing, localization, country-specific requirements.
- Use tools like Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, internal Aggregator, Voluum to analyse traffic, SEO, conversion, and affiliate performance metrics.

Identify oversold or underperforming geos (countries) and propose redistribution of traffic, portfolio adjustments, or new brand onboarding, with actionable fixes.

Conduct brand audits: evaluate brand/platform performance (conversion, retention, regulatory compliance, payment methods etc.).
- Collaborate with Sales, Site Managers, SEO / Content, and Product teams to implement changes, tests, and optimizations.

Design and run A/B tests and multivariate tests on landing pages, flows, offers, creatives to increase conversion.
- Continuously monitor performance, prepare reporting dashboards, track KPI trends, and deliver insights and recommendations to increase revenue and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with geo-specific laws, advertising policies, licensing requirements etc.
Requirements:

Industry Knowledge: Experience in iGaming / Casino / Affiliate marketing landscapes, with understanding of tier-1, tier-2, tier-3 geos.

Analytics & Tools: Proficient in Voluum or similar affiliate tracking tools; Google Search Console; Ahrefs (or equivalent SEO tools); good grasp of site analytics (GA4 or similar).

Conversion Optimisation Experience: Experience running A/B tests, multivariate testing; identifying funnel leakages; UX / CRO best practices.

Technical & Product Understanding: Ability to understand different casino platforms (payment methods, KYC, geo restrictions), merchant / brand requirements.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring listings are correct, copy is localized, promotions are accurate, licensing information is displayed, etc.

Communication & Cross-Team Work: Able to convey insights, work with content, design, product, operations, etc.

Data-Driven & Problem Solver: Comfortable diving into data, spotting anomalies, coming up with hypotheses and testing them.
