This role is for someone who knows how to build and manage affiliate programs, develop strategic relationships, and turn partnerships into measurable revenue. You’ll work closely with founders, senior leadership, and external partners to shape our partnerships strategy and help establish partnerships as a core growth channel as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Management

  • Design, launch, and manage the company’s affiliate program for the US market.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliates, influencers, and media partners.
  • Negotiate commission structures, deals, and campaigns to maximize growth.

Partnership Development

  • Identify and build relationships with complementary brands, agencies, and networks.
  • Develop co-marketing opportunities to expand reach and engagement.
  • Explore strategic media buying and sponsorship partnerships.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate and partnership KPIs, including acquisition cost, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns through data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in the US sweepstakes industry.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Support the localization of campaigns for the US market while maintaining global brand standards.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnerships, ideally within iGaming and/or sweepstakes.
  • Strong understanding of the US digital marketing landscape, including affiliate networks, influencer ecosystems, and regulatory environment.
  • Proven track record in scaling affiliate programs and partnerships.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills with partners and networks.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (native-level fluency preferred).
