One of our clients is currently looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager in Pueblo Nuevo, Cádiz (Office-based preferred & Hybrid optional).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced affiliate marketer ready to build a high-impact program from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing affiliate strategies across LATAM markets, managing partner relationships, and driving ROI through targeted performance initiatives. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the brand at industry events, all while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Accountabilities:

• Design and implement affiliate marketing strategies tailored to LATAM markets
• Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates in relevant verticals such as casino, sportsbook, and crypto
• Negotiate commission structures and performance terms with partners
• Monitor affiliate activity daily and optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, SEO, Content, Paid Media) to align acquisition efforts
• Ensure all affiliate operations comply with regional regulations and market standards
• Represent the company at affiliate conferences, expos, and online networking events
• Provide regular reports and performance analysis to senior leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry (casino and/or sportsbook)
• Established network of affiliate partners, especially in LATAM markets
• In-depth understanding of LATAM market trends, regulations, and user behaviors
• Proficient in affiliate tracking platforms like NetRefer, Income Access, or Cellxpert
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance optimization
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bonus: Experience with crypto affiliate campaigns or influencer/streamer marketing
