What will be your main duties and responsibilities?
Planning, developing, and implementing the company-wide affiliate strategy and execution to align with overall marketing goals and drive revenue and traffic growth
Managing, tracking, and nurturing existing affiliate partners in our portfolio to ensure strong, productive relationships and mutual growth
Qualifying, acquiring, and approving new affiliate partners to expand our network and diversify our traffic sources
Monitoring affiliate activity, analyzing performance, identifying areas of improvement, and optimizing affiliate performance to increase affiliate-generated revenues, ensuring maximum ROI
Reviewing and auditing monthly affiliate commission rates to ensure competitiveness with market standards, competitors and maintain the quality and integrity of traffic generated
Generating regular reports on affiliate performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making
Coordinating with other marketing channels to ensure cohesive strategies and synergistic efforts across all paid marketing activities
Coordinating with other teams within company, especially commerce, to provide sufficient support during sales festivals (Allegro Days, Black Week, Smart Week)
Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to continuously innovate and keep the affiliate channel ahead of the curve
Working closely with the tech teams to develop and implement technical solutions, define business requirements for affiliate platforms, and ensure seamless integration and functionality
What skills and experience will help you to excel?
Native Polish, advanced English (C1)
Previous experience from a similar position in Marketing
People Management skills: direct experience with leading a team (setting up goals, targets, monitoring KPIs, 1to1s, individual development)
Strong communication skills combined with analytical thinking and data-driven mindset
Effective collaborator - you will be working with marketing, commerce, and tech teams (among others) to ensure a unified approach and successful execution of affiliate strategies
Proven track record of delivering results
