We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate program and maximize revenue.
  • Manage relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance, ensuring positive ROI and achieving KPIs.
  • Oversee and manage CPA and RS (Revenue Share) affiliate models, adjusting commission structures as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) to align affiliate campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Negotiate and structure competitive deals to incentivize affiliate growth and performance.
  • Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to establish new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming guidelines

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or related performance-based roles.
  • Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA, BI dashboards).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with performance metrics and reporting tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (conferences, industry events)
  • Experience with media buying will be a plus
