We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager to join one of Toogeza’s clients, a company that is launching a new online casino targeting LATAM.
Responsibilities:
Attracting and retaining affiliate partners through proactive outreach.
Searching for new partners via industry forums, social media, and conferences.
Tracking and analyzing performance indicators for each partner: conversion rates, traffic quality, and KPI fulfilment.
Participating in international conferences and industry events.
Conducting competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with partners.
English level B2 or higher, plus Spanish would be advantageous.
An active database of local affiliates is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset to evaluate traffic quality and optimize campaigns.
Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., Affilka, Affise, or similar) is a plus.
