Job Overview: As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and optimize our affiliate marketing channels. You will be the key liaison between our company and our affiliates, managing relationships, analyzing performance data, and implementing initiatives to drive revenue and maximize partner engagement. Job Essentials:  Strong Network and Resources: Candidates must possess a robust network and valuable resources within the affiliate marketing industry, enabling immediate leverage for business growth. Proven Conversion Experience: Applicants should have demonstrable experience in utilizing their network and resources to achieve tangible conversion rates, showcasing their ability to drive successful affiliate marketing strategies. Training and Development Expertise: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of guiding affiliate specialists or teams to enhance their performance, specifically in improving their actual conversion rates through effective training and development strategies. Responsibilities:
  • Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network. Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure a positive and collaborative partnership.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to meet and exceed performance targets. Provide affiliates with promotional materials, tracking tools, and support to enhance their campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor affiliate performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommending strategic adjustments.
  • Commission and Payout Management: Ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions to affiliates. Implement and manage commission structures that incentivize high-performance affiliates
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Address affiliate inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Enforce affiliate program policies and guidelines to maintain a high standard of quality. Monitor and address any potential violations or fraudulent activities.
  • What you will need to have to excel in this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager for a minimum of 3 years 
  • Possess a strong network and resources, coupled with the ability to leverage your own experiences to achieve a high conversion rate
  • Expertise in training and development to effectively guide affiliate specialists or teams in improving their conversion rates
  • Well spoken in both English and French/Dutch/German/Italian/Spanish
  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
