The Microsoft Advisory Blue Co-op will support SRA’s mission to level up every day to protect our clients and their customers by helping large enterprise clients design, implement, and optimize Microsoft security and compliance solutions. This role is focused on engineering and advisory work across technologies such as Microsoft Entra, Purview, Intune, and Defender, ensuring they are configured to meet client security, compliance, and operational goals. The co-op will work in close partnership with senior team members to deliver high quality technical outcomes while developing consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment, and all co-ops are expected to work in the office every day. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm EST. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Co-ops are expected to work in-person at their assigned office 4/5 days per week unless otherwise permitted by their supervisor.
