What You'll Do

Analyze Financial Profiles
Review clients' financial documents and credit profiles to determine loan eligibility. You'll assess income, assets, and credit with accuracy and attention to detail, becoming an expert in complex financial scenarios.

Support Clients and Partners
Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to keep deals moving smoothly. You'll serve as a clear, reliable point of contact and help clients navigate stressful financial decisions.

Manage Your Pipeline
Use our internal systems to track loans from start to finish. You'll manage competing deadlines, spot issues early, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Lead a Mini-Team
Manage one or more virtual assistants - coordinating their work, providing direction, and building early leadership experience.

Learn and Execute
You'll learn the mortgage business quickly, handle real deadlines, and juggle multiple responsibilities. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and the learning curve is steep.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required. All majors welcome - you don't need a business, economics, or math background to excel in this role. GPA of 3.25 required.
• 0 to 3 years of work experience. We look for jobs or roles that show accountability and resilience - including restaurant work, retail, customer service, leadership roles, or internships with real responsibility.
• Strong communication skills. You can write a clear email, explain complex ideas simply, and represent the team professionally.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving ability. You notice what others miss, think critically about financial scenarios, and stay organized under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset. You work well with others, welcome feedback, and contribute to a respectful, high-performing culture.
• Drive to grow. You ask questions, take ownership of your work, and show up ready to learn and execute every day.
