At ITX, we build custom software that helps our clients Move, Touch, and Inspire the world. Now, we’re looking for a Advertising Specialist to help us do the same—through smart, data-driven paid search strategies that connect the right message with the right audience at the right time.



This is a part-time opportunity (starting at ~20 hours/week) with room to grow. You’ll begin by owning the hands-on execution of Google Ads campaigns and, over time, evolve into a strategic role—learning directly from our team and contributing to broader digital advertising initiatives.

What You’ll Do

As our Advertising Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for launching and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads. You’ll:

  • Execute paid search strategies that support ITX and our clients’ business and brand goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and more.
  • Analyze performance and deliver insights through regular reporting.
  • Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features, beta programs, and platform innovations.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to align paid efforts with broader initiatives.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience running paid search campaigns on Google Ads.
  • A growth mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience in B2B digital advertising.
  • A proactive learner who brings fresh ideas and recommendations to the table.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn LinkedIn Ads; previous experience is a plus.

How do our team members experience market-based pay at ITX?  We gather market data to benchmark each position in our candidates’ and team members’ locations and use these benchmarks for candidate offers and to perform regular compensation reviews for our team members.  You’ll never have to worry about asking for a pay raise again.  At least once a year ITX automatically adjusts pay when the benchmark is higher than our team member’s compensation.      

In Latam, the hourly rate for the Advertising Specialist role is USD $9 to $13. Based on your location in Latam, pay ranges could be adjusted according to local market data, which can vary from country to country. This variation percentage could be 15% lower or 17% higher.
