Hardware. You’ll get everything you need.
Support and maintain relationships with merchants and affiliate networks
Coordinate and respond to inbound partner communication (50–100 requests per month)
Assist in CPO negotiations and budget discussions
Help identify and develop new partnership opportunities
Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders
Support the Affiliate Partnerships Manager and Head of Affiliates with ongoing initiatives
Attend selected partner events and trade shows
After structured onboarding, you will gradually take ownership of your accounts and workload.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar
Experience: 1+ year in a client-facing role
Partnerships: Initial experience managing client or partner accounts
Performance Metrics: Familiar with CPO, CTR, ROAS, AOV, CPC
CRM: Experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly
Languages: Fluent English and either Spanish or French required; multilingual candidates (e.g. Italian or German) are highly valued
Industry Knowledge: E-commerce, PPC, or affiliate marketing (a plus)
Structure. You work organized and bring clarity to your tasks.
Ownership. You take responsibility and follow through reliably.
Communication. Clear, professional, and confident with partners and stakeholders.
Learning Speed. You quickly understand new tools, metrics, and processes.
Flexibility. Comfortable handling different tasks and shifting priorities.
