Role Overview

The Ads Campaign Manager / Strategist will own the full lifecycle of Meta and Google Ads campaigns, from strategy and launch to optimization and scaling. This role sits within a performance marketing environment where data, experimentation, and execution quality directly impact revenue outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with creative, CRO, and account teams to improve funnel performance and conversion efficiency. The work is highly execution-focused, analytical, and detail-oriented. This role is best suited for someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns independently in a structured system.

Your Impact

You will directly influence client acquisition and revenue growth through consistent campaign optimization and data-driven decision-making. Your work will reduce cost per lead, improve lead quality, and support scalable paid media systems. By maintaining reliable execution and clean account structures, you will enable leadership to confidently delegate and scale operations. Your contributions will strengthen performance predictability, internal trust, and long-term client success.

Core Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution – 35%

  • Develop and implement full-funnel strategies across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and paid social.
  • Build and test audiences, creatives, ad copy, and bidding strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and funnel evaluations.

Performance Optimization – 25%

  • Analyze campaign performance daily to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
  • Execute structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and conversion discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with CRO teams to improve landing page conversion rates.

Account Ownership & Reporting – 20%

  • Maintain organized, scalable ad account structures.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Monitor tracking, tagging, and conversion accuracy across platforms.
  • Identify scaling opportunities and proactively flag risks or inefficiencies.

Creative & Messaging Collaboration – 10%

  • Brief creative teams on performance-driven ad requirements.
  • Share insights for new messaging angles and creative testing frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment between ad creative and landing page experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – 10%

  • Work closely with senior ads specialists, CRO teams, creatives, and account managers.
  • Participate in onboarding, training sessions, and optimization workshops.
  • Contribute insights to process improvements and campaign documentation.

Requirements

Must-Haves (Required)

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in at least one platform with working proficiency in the other.
  • Proven ability to reduce CPL, improve lead quality, and scale paid campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of funnels, landing pages, CRO, and conversion tracking.
  • Demonstrated dependability, ownership, and consistent work history.
  • Excellent English communication skills for internal collaboration.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and advertising budgets independently.
  • Self-managed, proactive, and able to ramp quickly with minimal oversight.
