Schedule: Friday - Monday 8am - 6pm MST OR Friday - Sunday 8am - 9pm MST

Compensation: $60,000-80,000 Annual Salary + Incentives 

 

About The Role 

The weekend Admissions Supervisor is responsible for providing real-time leadership, oversight, and operational support to the Admissions team over the weekends. This role focuses on coaching, performance monitoring, compliance support, and ensuring smooth daily workflow operations. The Admissions Supervisor is dedicated to supporting admissions staff through guidance, escalation management, training, and process accountability.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership & Support 

  • Provide day-to-day supervision and support for Admissions Coordinators (ACs) and SLRs. 
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for admissions-related questions, challenges, and client concerns. 
  • Provide real-time coaching during calls and assist staff with objection handling, workflow issues, and documentation support. 
  • Support staff morale and engagement by maintaining a consistent leadership presence. 

 

Quality Assurance & Compliance Oversight 

  • Monitor workflows to ensure admissions processes follow established policies, compliance standards, and documentation requirements. 
  • Identify gaps in call quality, documentation, or client experience and provide corrective guidance. 
  • Assist with ensuring accuracy in the intake tracker, SalesForce, bed boards, and scheduled intake confirmations. 
  • Support audit readiness and ensure adherence to internal quality expectations. 

 

Performance Management 

  • Track and report team performance metrics including responsiveness, conversion rates, and follow-up compliance. 
  • Identify performance trends and recommend strategies for improvement. 
  • Provide coaching plans and ongoing development support for admissions staff. 
  • Communicate concerns and staffing needs to management as needed. 

 

Operational Workflow & Coordination 

  • Ensure timely completion of daily tasks including lead follow-up and intake preparation. 
  • Oversee workflow coordination to prevent delays in admissions processing. 
  • Assist in managing coverage plans and ensure smooth operations during peak volume periods, weekends, and off-shifts. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational barriers to admissions. 

 

Training & Development 

  • Support onboarding and training of new Admissions team members. 
  • Reinforce best practices and standardized workflows. 
  • Serve as a mentor and subject matter resource for admissions processes.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 

 

Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in admissions and healthcare coordination, preferably in behavioral health operations. 
  • Preferred experience with substance abuse treatment, especially in detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and/or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings 
  • Strong competence with multiple computer systems required: CRM (Salesforce), Billing Software, Medical Health Records, Office Suite, etc. 
  • Ability to type 50+ WPM while maintaining a conversation and proficient in English, both written and verbal
