Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and student-focused Admissions Counselor to join our Mississauga campus team. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process and supporting enrollment growth.
Requirements
- Counsel prospective students on program options, admissions requirements, and enrollment steps
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person appointments
- Conduct campus tours and information sessions
- Support students with application documentation and registration processes
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/admissions systems
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Meet enrollment and outreach targets while maintaining a high level of student service
- Previous experience in admissions, student services, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic database/CRM tools
- Passion for helping students succeed
