Admission Officer

This position is with Kaaiser, one of the brands under Manifest Global, which also includes Cialfo, BridgeU and Explore. Please note that this is a 5.5-day working role.

About This Role

We are hiring Admission Officers (Australia) to manage end-to-end student application processing for Australian universities.

This role requires prior hands-on experience in processing Australian university applications and a strong understanding of Australia admission requirements, documentation standards, and portal systems.

You will be responsible for reviewing, validating, submitting, and tracking student applications while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely turnaround.

What You Will Own

• Application Review & Assessment
  • Review and assess student applications as per Australian university eligibility guidelines
  • Verify the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of academic documents
  • Identify discrepancies, missing documents, or eligibility gaps and coordinate for resolution
• Application Processing & Submission
  • Process and submit applications through Study Link and respective Australian university portals within defined timelines
  • Ensure compliance with university standards and internal SOPs
• Tracking & Follow-ups
  • Track application status, updates, and outcomes
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure faster closure of pending applications
• Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain proper records of applications, offers, and communication
  • Ensure strict data confidentiality and compliance with admission standards
• Coordination & Support
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing
  • Respond to application-related queries in a professional manner
  • Support the team in achieving application volume targets and quality benchmarks

About You

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in processing Australian university applications
• Experience with VISA processing is preferred
