Position Summary
This position provides the service of administering key components of MFC’s Equipment Management Services programs. This includes but not limited to program enrollment and invoicing for Product Link, SOS, Cat Inspect, Foresight, and other fleet management programs.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain database on equipment and customer access to all telematics platforms (Ram, Vision Link, My.cat.com, SOS, advanced productivity)
- Manage telematics subscription levels for new and existing machines/engines
- Create and manage customer CWS ID’s universal customer identifiers as appropriate
- Develop and manage custom reports as required including fleet and condition monitoring elements reports
- Manage billing for extended service coverages as needed
- Maintain Equipment Data records for all Macallister Cat units. Internal and external for both equipment and engine.
- Create, modify, and maintain Cat Inspect database for Macallister
- Maintain CVA Foresight database for both equipment and engine.
- Develop and generate custom reports as required including fleet and condition monitoring elements reports
- Provides reports and communication to all appropriate personnel regarding Product Link issues, including troubleshooting and software updates including Cat Digital Support
Position Requirements
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in related field
Preferred
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in related technical field
- 3 years or more of experience in related field, preferably analytics.

Other Requirements of Position
- Works under general supervision. Employee acts independently to handle standard problems but usually report on such problems. More unusual problems are referred to a supervisor/manager.
- Major responsibilities typically require a modest amount of creativity and latitude. Employee typically operates under general instructions with some established procedures and policies.
- No formal responsibility for supervising others.
- Frequently communicate with coworkers and customers. Regularly communicate with supervisor.
- Maintain equipment and supplies to avoid waste, damage to areas and equipment, and to prevent accidents.
