A dynamic, church-focused website builder specializing in web management and design solutions is seeking an Administrative Virtual Assistant to help with daily administrative tasks and support smooth day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will support the team with general admin tasks, keep records and processes up to date, organize files, and assist with basic coordination and follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as email management, data entry, and file organization
- Help create and manage tickets on the builds board in Asana
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and trackers
- Handle document preparation, formatting, and basic research tasks
- Assist with internal coordination and follow-ups with team members
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly documented
- Support basic process improvements and workflow organization
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of task management or CRM tools is a plus
- Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Intercom, etc.)
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, as this role may occasionally involve support-style communication with customers
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
